We are looking for a
Director of Marketing
to own and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a
zero-to-one environment , balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
Your Mission
As our
Director of Marketing , your objective is to
build and optimize our B2B marketing engine
to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales. You will own three core areas:
1. Establish and Tune Our B2B Lead Generation Engine Develop and execute a
demand generation strategy , leveraging digital marketing, content, and outbound campaigns. Optimize marketing funnel conversion rates, refining lead qualification and handoff processes with sales. Implement marketing automation tools and analytics to track, measure, and improve performance. 2. Iterate and Expand on Our Messaging & Content
Craft compelling
value propositions and messaging
that resonate with fleet operators, OEMs, and supply chain stakeholders. Develop and scale
content marketing
efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to educate and engage prospects. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels and customer touchpoints. 3. Manage Events (e.g., Trade Shows, Customer Events)
Plan and execute
industry events, trade shows, and customer summits
to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Develop event-specific marketing strategies, including pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-ups. Own sponsorship and partnership opportunities to maximize impact and ROI from industry engagements. Who You Are
B2B marketing leader
with 7+ years of experience, preferably in IoT, SaaS, logistics, or supply chain technology. Proven track record of
building demand generation programs
in B2B that drive pipeline and revenue. Strong storyteller with experience developing and refining
go-to-market messaging . Hands-on operator who thrives in an
early-stage, high-growth environment . Comfortable navigating and improving sales productivity tools (eg Salesforce, Apollo) Nice to have: Experience managing
events
(eg customer events, trade shows), driving measurable business outcomes. Benefits:
