How You Will Achieve More With Intellia:

The Director, Marketing Operations, will establish the function at Intellia and will play a critical role in the commercialization of the first-ever in-vivo gene editing therapy for HAE.

This individual will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of multiple operational programs including the promotional material review process, speaker programming operations and material fulfillment.

Responsibilities: Collaboration with key cross-functional business partners to align operational processes with business strategies, leading the design and development of operational processes, and supporting the technology platform for managing these programs Partner with IT, Legal, Regulatory and Commercial LT to implement and manage day-to-day operations of the Promotional Material Review system and process, ensuring the development of a fit for purpose approach and compliance with guidelines Offer thorough training and ongoing support to internal and external users of the Material Review systems, fostering proficiency and maximizing platform utilization Develop and manage speaker program operational approach in partnership with Marketing, Medical and Legal; create SOPs and manage / evaluate vendors as needed Set-up material fulfillment warehouse and ordering portal for field use; develop SOPs and manage inventory Assist in planning the operational aspects of internal commercial meetings (e.g., launch meetings, POAs) in collaboration with field training and marketing. Contribute to innovation, share best practices, and identify areas for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies Work closely with cross-functional commercialization team to plan for future product launches; ensure seamless process and rapid execution at time of approval About You:

Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and maintain high attention to detail Excellent written and oral communicator Proven ability to act promptly, demonstrate initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments Ability to lead and facilitate productive and efficient meetings Demonstrated ability to manage processes/workflows, implement process improvements and solve problems Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Bachelor's degree required 10 years of commercial biopharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years of experience in marketing operations Prior experience with Veeva systems and Veeva PromoMats is required Experience in SOP, Guideline, and Policy development Prior experience leading promotional material review process required Prior US launch experience is required
