As the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will be the architect of our global brand presence, shaping the narrative that positions Empower as a leader in personalized medicine and pharmaceutical innovation.

Lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging AI-powered insights to refine messaging, optimize audience engagement, and maximize ROI. Oversee corporate communications, PR, and reputation management, ensuring brand messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with business objectives. Leverage AI-driven market intelligence to anticipate industry trends, refine brand positioning, and stay ahead of competitors. Ensure seamless integration of corporate marketing efforts across digital, social, earned media, and traditional marketing channels. Build and lead a high-performing corporate marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and data-driven execution. Strengthen strategic partnerships and industry engagement, representing Empower at major events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand visibility. Implement AI-enhanced content strategies, utilizing automated personalization and data-driven storytelling to deepen customer and provider engagement. Optimize corporate marketing spend and performance metrics, using AI-driven analytics to track effectiveness and continuously refine strategies. Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. 15+ years of experience in corporate marketing leadership, with a track record of building market-leading brands and driving large-scale marketing initiatives. Expertise in brand strategy, messaging, PR, and thought leadership with the ability to position a company as an industry leader. Deep experience in AI-powered marketing, customer insights, and multi-channel campaign execution. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required for candidates with equivalent experience). Preferred certifications for this role include Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP); Professional Certified Marketer (PCM); Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ); HubSpot Content Marketing Certification; Certified Brand Strategist (CBS); Project Management Professional (PMP). Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making-adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
