Job Description
Deliver best in class campaigns designed to build the IQ-EQ brand and deliver tangible commercial results on behalf of the Americas region
Ensure that the end-to-end marketing needs of the region is supported across all areas – marketing, communications, events, PR, and digital marketing
Be responsible for and successfully execute a regional strategy, including a comprehensive marketing plan tailored specifically to the local market
Represent the needs of the region as a whole and work closely with the wider marketing function to ensure that these needs are factored into any planned Group marketing activities
Act as the CCO’s regional marketing “go-to” point of contact to support the delivery of local growth targets
Work closely with the Americas leadership team to support the delivery of their specific marketing and communications needs
Translate Group plans into campaign activity which supports the regional growth agenda
Track, measure and analyse our marketing efforts and adapt accordingly to ensure maximum return on investment
Work with internal stakeholders to generate new opportunities to support the growth in the region and execute to plan
Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts and industry bodies to secure and grow our online and offline coverage and brand awareness
Working closely with the U.S. leadership team develop initiatives to drive employee culture and engagement
Prepare detailed activity reporting and benchmark our performance against our competitors
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across all segments and provide marketing expertise as needed to support the delivery of local jurisdictional plans
Qualifications: Qualifications
Experience working in a senior marketing role in our industry will be a distinct advantage
Third level degree in marketing, digital marketing or business studies
A minimum of 10 years’ experience implementing best in class global marketing and communications campaigns as part of a busy in-house team
A strategic thinker with demonstrable competencies in brand management, integrated campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, event management and stakeholder relationship management
A self-starter master juggler able to adeptly manage multiple priorities across all areas of a busy marketing team
A commercially minded innovator with strong creative leanings
Proven strong communication, writing and editing skills
Fluency in English, spoken as well as written – additional languages at a professional standard would be a distinct advantage
A high degree of proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet rapidly changing deadlines
A team player who enjoys sharing experience, mentoring and coaching others
Skilled in all areas of MS Office, HubSpot, Hootsuite and Staffbase required

Additional Information
Salary based on experience and location ($140,000-$185,000) and full benefits package offered.
