Position Description Gruve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to lead and oversee the marketing strategy and execution for our US office. The Director of Marketing will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and public relations. Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all marketing initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and report on results. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management. Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
