Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand visibility across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other online channels. • Create and manage advanced retargeting campaigns to engage potential leads and drive conversions. • Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement to maximize follower growth and lead capture. • Manage paid ad campaigns, including budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization for ROI. • Analyze and report marketing performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with agents and the admin/marketing team to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Research and implement new tools, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead in digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and ad management software. • Creative mindset and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences. • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
