KO Storage is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aimed at maximizing our online presence, brand growth, and revenue. This position will work closely with Operations and Company Leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and enhance KO's marketing and customer-facing strategies. As the Marketing Director, you will lead and develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies for KO. This position will work closely with Revenue Management, Operations and Company Leadership to help maximize our facilities online presence and revenue and to ensure KO maintains a competitive posture as it pertains to SEO rankings, digital advertising campaigns, and other customer facing strategies.

$80K - $120K Salary, depending on experience

Lead and Develop Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with KO's overall revenue management goals. This includes overseeing digital advertising, SEO, social media, and customer retention campaigns. Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, paid search, SEO, email marketing, and social media. Continuously monitor and improve campaigns to ensure alignment with revenue growth and market share objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists and analysts. Provide guidance, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment that drives performance. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership and other departments, particularly Operations, to ensure marketing strategies are effectively supporting overall business objectives. Actively contribute to decision-making on market positioning, pricing, and customer engagement strategies. Market Analysis & Competitive Landscape: Conduct market analysis to stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends. Regularly report on market landscape and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Vendor and Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies, ensuring that all outsourced activities are executed effectively, on budget, and aligned with KO's marketing goals. Budget Management & ROI Analysis: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation across campaigns. Track performance and report on ROI, making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals. Who You Are

A strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies. A data-driven marketer who is adept at analyzing data to measure campaign success and synthesize insights for executive leadership. A collaborative team leader with exceptional people management skills and the ability to guide a team toward achieving ambitious marketing goals. Experienced in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid search, SEO, and email marketing. An innovative problem-solver who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, overseeing teams and driving cross-functional strategies. Preferred Skills:

Experience in Revenue Management, CRM, or related industries is a plus. Expertise in marketing automation tools and advanced analytics platforms is highly desirable. Physical Requirements
