Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing campaigns and driving results? We're looking for a
Marketing Data Analyst
to build lead funnels, refine strategies, and maximize ROI using tools like
Salesforce Marketing Cloud . Reporting to the
Chief Growth/Marketing Officer , you'll develop ideal client profiles, execute targeted campaigns, and track performance through dashboards you create.
What You'll Do:
•Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. •Create and manage marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, organic photos and videos, and social media updates. •Track and analyze campaign performance through dashboards you build and optimize, providing regular reports to the CGO. •Develop and continuously update a detailed ideal client profile, conduct competitive analysis, map customer journeys, and refine campaigns using A/B testing and data insights. •Create a rolling 13-week content calendar, execute data-driven campaigns, produce high-quality content with vendor collaboration, and ensure alignment with internal teams through consistent communication. •Map and optimize the journey from ad to admission, implement dashboards for KPI tracking, automate workflows, and refine tools and strategies to maximize ROI •Manage vendors to create impactful content, maintain communication channels, ensure workflow alignment, and address obstacles to support marketing goals. •Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) database and dashboards. •Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies. •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution. •Stay current on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
What You Bring: Bachelor's degree
in marketing, communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience
in a marketing role Experience with
digital marketing, including email, social media, and paid advertising Expertise in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
and marketing automation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel Preferred Experience:
Experience in
home care or healthcare marketing Experience working with consumers, the elderly, and their families Familiarity with web-based home health database software
