Essential Duties:
Customer focused professional that coordinates with different locations (e.g. embassies, consulates, and domestic offices) and people to process shipments through the approved flows.
Delivery of materials to various locations (e.g. embassies, consulates, and domestic offices). This includes driving responsibilities.
Will perform duties in order to expedite the flow of material and parts.
Ensures that supplies and inventory are ordered, received, replenished, and kept at appropriate levels.
Participates in new and standard part number creation.
Monitors inventory levels to ensure consistency with forecasted demand and inventory goals for common stock items.
Participates in the disposition of non-conforming material.
Arranges for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
Requirements :
Active Secret Clearance
Clean driving record
Experience developing and implementing logistics plans in a warehouse environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma
