Overview:

We are seeking a

Marketing Data Analyst

to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making in marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with marketing metrics, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

Key Responsibilities: Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and customer trends to provide actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align business objectives with marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for market expansion, competitive positioning, and audience targeting. Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to extract and interpret data. Assist in budget allocation by providing data-driven recommendations on marketing spend. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies. Support forecasting and predictive modeling for future marketing initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics). Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, and email marketing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS marketing analytics. Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques. Google Analytics or HubSpot certification is a plus.
