As a Senior Sales and Marketing Data Analyst, you will provide actionable insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and optimize sales performance and marketing effectiveness. You'll collaborate with leadership to align analytics with business goals, oversee KPIs related to sales production, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, and develop reporting tools and strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing analytics strategy aligned with company goals. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate data collection. Analyze B2B/B2C sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization in areas like territory planning, quota setting, and sales projections. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead channels, providing insights to improve lead generation, nurturing, and customer acquisition strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into sales and marketing performance. Create accurate sales forecasts and marketing projections using historical data and predictive analytics. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform critical business decisions. Oversee the use and optimization of CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven strategies, including A/B testing, customer segmentation, and sales funnel optimization. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools. Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Excellent understanding of sales metrics, marketing KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with data governance and ensuring data quality and integrity. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Pay and Benefits Summary:
