Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Remote work available 1-2 days per week) Employment Type: Full-Time Rate: $45-50k based on experience Are you ready to make an impact while growing your marketing career? Landslide Political seeks a Marketing & Design Associate to join our passionate team of progress-driven professionals. This role will support our Creative Marketing Director in developing, implementing, and managing dynamic marketing campaigns for our clients and candidates. By leveraging data-driven strategies, we help progressive candidates and initiatives achieve victory. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Director to achieve marketing goals. Create and manage engaging content for client social media accounts, including short-form videos. Brainstorm and execute innovative social media campaigns. Assist in creating digital, video, audio, and print content. Monitor engagement metrics on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and client websites, and analyze campaign success. Maintain a consistent brand voice and align content strategy to achieve campaign goals. Handle basic website design and copywriting. Gain proficiency in internal software systems. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, graphic design, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their business applications (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Experience with Facebook/Instagram advertising and social media analytics. Familiarity with creating social media content and working with design tools. Graphic design and copywriting skills (Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop—and Canva preferred). Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience using site platforms like Wix and Squarespace to create eye-catching, functional websites Education: A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
