Summary
The Manager of Integrated Brand Marketing is responsible for managing a wide variety of Mets cross-functional marketing campaigns, overseeing promotional giveaway items from ideation to execution, providing administrative support to the Senior Director of Integrated Brand Marketing, and managing the Coordinator of Integrated Brand Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promotional Giveaways: Create calendar with internal departments for development, marketing, and distribution of promotional items to optimize ticket sales
Manage relationship with third-party developer on design and execution of items
Oversee logistics in conjunction with calendar and organizational needs
Attend annual conference hosted by third-party developer to network with industry colleagues and to develop annual strategy
Maintain promotional item inventory and manage fulfillment to departments who need access to items (Ownership, Tickets, HR, Baseball, etc.)
Supervise item deliveries with external vendors in partnership with Ballpark Operations
Manage & maintain annual promotional budget
Campaign Management:
Assist in setting goals, strategy and plan for cross-functional campaigns and marketing efforts
Maintain consistent brand standards across multiple departments and communication channels
Oversee campaign management software and develop campaign-specific communication channels in order to streamline progress updates and information requests
Manage the end-to-end process for all campaigns that come through the Marketing department, including but not limited to ticket sales & revenue driving efforts, brand building opportunities, and large-scale partnership initiatives
Liaise across multiple departments, working with internal stakeholders to set kickoff meetings for all campaigns and ensuring alignment/integration of the organization's marketing strategy and vision across all departments
Project manage the day-to-day process for all ongoing marketing campaigns, including ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned across Marketing verticals and tracking against deadlines
Work closely with Consumer Marketing & Media, Social Media, Ticketing, Strategy & Analytics, etc. to develop post-campaign reporting
Qualifications
