ROLE OVERVIEW Global Rescue is looking for an experienced affiliate manager to strengthen and grow our affiliate program specific to travel bloggers, educators and influencers. This role will be a key part of our channel partner division reporting to the head of Channel Marketing. In this role, you'll be fully immersed in the Global Rescue affiliate program lifecycle - from recruitment and signing of new affiliates, onboarding and continued enablement for optimized partner performance and long-term retention. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, drive and work ethic; with a marketing and sales background and a strong track record of affiliate program growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES Drive program growth through new affiliate acquisition, successful onboarding and continued enablement initiatives for long-term retention and improved performance penetration Provide ongoing affiliate partner account and relationship management support; liaise on matters impacting the affiliate's use of GR's services by acting as the primary point of contact between the partner and internal GR teams Become an expert on GR content positioning for affiliate partners and cultivate a trusted advisor relationship, ensuring relevant and converting marketing strategies are implemented for optimal partner performance Optimize program activation by identifying and course-correcting underperformers and improving onboarding to activation timelines Assist with the development and distribution of sales and marketing resources Implement new partner protocols, to include:

Create communications materials from end-user education through executive briefings Conduct onboarding forecasting and activation plans Ensure internal functional areas are apprised of new affiliate programs Following process support for accounting, contracting and auditing

Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI reporting Provide insights and recommendations to improve the GR affiliate program. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and innovative resources to maintain a competitive edge Collaborate closely with the entire channel and marketing teams to support affiliate partners and program growth QUALIFICATIONS

BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred Proven track record in affiliate marketing with a least 3-5 years of applicable experience Demonstrated ability to manage affiliate marketing programs and affiliate partnerships Exceptional written and verbal communication Experience in the outdoor industry, adventure travel, security, intelligence, medical, or other related fields is preferred Efficient time management, and exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to assist in multiple projects at once Excellent negotiation, sales and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for the role
