Description
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will support the affiliate marketing strategy across select brands in the North America region. As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, maximizing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships. This role will involve close collaboration with our agency partner to cultivate and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners and ensure the success of our affiliate marketing programs.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and increase sales across all brands within the beauty and cosmetics segment.
Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality affiliate partners aligned with our brand values and target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and promotional campaigns.
Channel Optimization & Reporting:
Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of affiliate marketing activities and optimize performance and commission strategy. Provide updates and actions to brands and leadership.
Create revenue forecasts on a daily/monthly/yearly level that are rooted in current and historical trends and key performance indicators (traffic, revenue, AOV, CVR) .
Help manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and prioritize initiatives to achieve maximum ROI.
Relationship Building & Planning:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including affiliate partners, agency and platform account managers, NA online business operations and internal brand.com ecomm teams to drive collaboration and mutual success.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging partners in affiliate and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities and remain competitive in the beauty space.
Help organize and plan content for all brands QBR and holiday planning meetings.
Qualifications
● 5+ years’ experience in Affiliate and Growth Marketing, e-commerce strongly preferred.
● Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
● Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
● Experience managing affiliate programs and partnerships, including recruitment, negotiation, and performance optimization with cash back, content and influencer partners.
● Experience negotiating partnership deals with various payment models (CPA, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc).
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Excellent time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is
$82,500.00
to
$135,500.00
.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
