We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager for the Digital Catalyst team to help lead our acquisition efforts across Paid Social and other related channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers while optimizing performance and ensuring efficient spend management. You will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to continually analyze and improve campaign results, share insights across stakeholders, and drive measurable growth for a cluster of beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking:
· Lead the strategic approach to Paid Social and other ad hoc paid marketing channels, managing day-to-day execution in collaboration with the agency teams to meet brand growth objectives.
· Develop a thorough understanding of the customer journey and the role that each media touchpoint plays in cross-channel acquisition.
· Manage day to day communications with agency partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring cross channel visibility, coordination, and a thorough understanding of the marketing calendar.
· Monitor, track, and analyze channel performance (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, etc.) on an ongoing basis, identifying areas of optimization and improvement. Present key insights and performance reports to the larger growth marketing team, brand stakeholders, and leadership.
· Develop and manage comprehensive testing roadmaps across channels to continuously identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, growth, incrementality and optimization. Scale successful findings and strategies across multiple brands.
· Manage budgets across assigned channels, ensuring efficient spend allocation to meet performance goals. Communicate and collaborate with financial stakeholders to maintain alignment on spend and forecasts.
· Lead daily, weekly and monthly channel-level forecasting efforts, ensuring accurate targets are set and achieved for each channel on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with other growth marketing teams (paid search, SEO, email, etc.) to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies across all acquisition channels. Ensure seamless execution of holistic marketing campaigns.
· Partner with CRM organization to identify new cohorts and improve the user journey within the paid marketing channels.
· Regularly update internal teams, brand leaders, and leadership on channel education, performance, trends, and opportunities, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
· Partner with brands and creative teams to recommend best practices and creative optimizations for marketing content, copy and assets. Ensure copy and creative asset delivery to necessary channel leads or agencies is seamless and completely in a timely manner.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing with a focus on acquisition channels with at least 3 years of hands-on, real-time execution and campaign management experience.
· Strong experience with advertising on Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest, as well as up and
coming social platforms.
· Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of the affiliate marketing channel
· Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret performance metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
· Experience working in partnership with external agencies to execute and optimize acquisition strategies and paid media campaigns.
· Proven experience in managing channel budgets, as well as setting and achieving growth targets.
· Expertise in developing testing strategies (A/B testing, creative testing, etc.) and applying findings across multiple campaigns.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with a deep understanding of beauty or consumer product marketing a plus.
· Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with various teams (creative, data, finance, etc.).

Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is
$82,500.00
to
$135,500.00
.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
