As the Reality Labs Portfolio Marketing Strategy Director, you’ll be responsible for developing category-wide brand and marketing strategy efforts across the Metaverse and Wearables. This role will focus on marketing multiple devices, emphasizing how our products work together to tell a compelling ecosystem story, and working to establish long-term marketing strategies and key partnerships that define the future of Reality Labs and wearables / AI / AR more broadly. You will focus on building and executing forward-looking strategies (2-10 years) while identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and consumer trends. Collaboration is key, and the ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Privacy, Creative, Media, Communications, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the development of long-term marketing strategies focused on AR/VR innovations and future market opportunities (2-10 years). Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key organizations, developers, and external stakeholders to drive the growth and adoption of Reality Labs’ wearable products. Partner with a team that tracks emerging consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive shifts, translating these insights into actionable marketing and partnership strategies. Lead cross-functional special projects, including naming and packaging strategies for emerging products. Build and nurture relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of initiatives. Build and mentor a team of strategic marketers and partnership leaders, fostering an environment of collaboration, foresight, and inclusion. Minimum Qualifications 12+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with 5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role for consumer brands. 5+ years experience working on consumer technology brands/products/channels. 5+ years working on non-North American marketing efforts. Experience leading fast growing, cross-functional teams. Experience working across marketing channels and influencing product and service experience. Experience developing brand strategy for world-renowned companies. Experience demonstrating the return of marketing investment in the short- and long-term. Preferred Qualifications Experience in gaming, VR/MR/AR, retail, or relevant brands. Advanced qualifications in marketing strategy.
