REVIT, Architectural, Residential single family home projects. • Knowledge of California Building Codes, Code research knowhow • Able to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and jurisdictions. • High level of organization and attention to detail, complete tasks • At least 5+ years of work experience in Single Family Residential development • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Equivalent Work Experience • Multitasker - be able to work on and track multiple tasks / projects • Ability to organize & prepare documents from Design Packages to Construction Documents • Ability to generate accurate building plans and sections for all construction types. • Ability to address plan check corrections without PM involvement • Needs to be Proficient in Revit
