Visual Merchandising / Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our business strategy and enhance the customer experience in our stores. In this role, you will help manage all aspects of store zoning and rotations for key products, working closely with the related team. You will also lead the openings of retail chain store' housewares sections and character brands as shop-in-shop concepts within the stores. Collaboration with the marketing team on business events and creating graphic visuals needed for the store will also be key responsibilities. Job Description 1) Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies and standards. 2) Manage store zoning, rotations, and visual displays for key products. 3) Store openings for houseware and character brand sections. 4) Collaborate with the marketing team on events and promotions. 5) Train store members on visual merchandising principles and best practices. Qualifications 1) At least 3 years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role within a fast-paced retail environment. 2) Proven experience in store openings, retail market analysis, and visual merchandising for beauty, character brands, or related industries. 3) Demonstrated ability to create and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies. 4) A portfolio with design examples is required. Core Skills and Competencies 1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2) Ability to monitor and meet deadlines while managing major project milestones. 3) Proven ability to handle complex schedules and multitask effectively. 4) Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Software Proficiency 1) Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 2) Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and project management tools. What's On Offer
