One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a CRM Manager. Client’s mission is to simplify a business team's ground transportation and easily manage their work travel. Easily manage trips and billing with the client’s dashboard with automated expensing and replace shuttle services.
About the Role:
Manage CRM campaigns, partnering with stakeholders to create solutions to business problems via CRM, as well as run A/B tests to learn and develop CRM best practices. Collaborate and work closely both within US&C as well as globally with various teams and business stakeholders from deployment specialists, operations managers, analysts, marketers to product managers and creatives to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Oversee all CRM campaigns for client’s Postmates business in US&C Be the CRM channel expert in the region—this means understanding region benchmarks, understanding best practices for CRM channels, and advising stakeholders on how to leverage our channels most effectively Work closely with regional business stakeholders in developing regional CRM strategy Work closely with regional business stakeholders to ensure regular planning and prioritization of CRM campaigns within the region Plan, execute, and measure key regional CRM campaigns. This includes CRM channel strategy, targeting, and reporting. Run coordinated experimentation and A/B tests that will generate the insights of tomorrow Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders regarding campaign status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, etc. Develop, document, and socialize CRM best practices
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience CRM Marketing, E-Commerce or highly analytical roles Proven track record of developing strong CRM strategies and campaigns Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements Strong project management and communication skills that enable you to work with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones, countries, and regions Confidence to develop processes that drive operational efficiency at global scale Comfortable analyzing engagement data and developing conclusions based on insights Comfortable learning new technologies that help power CRM solutions Strong passion to learn and grow; takes initiative to succeed BA or MA in Marketing or equivalent experience Experience with Excel & SQL is a plus
Duration:
6 months to start with extension potential Location:
100% remote but must live near San Francisco CA for rare onsite visits Compensation:
