Our client, an award-winning full-service creative agency, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with at least 4-5 years of experience to drive client success through data-driven insights, strategic marketing expertise, and advanced performance analysis. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, create impactful measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape marketing strategies and improve campaign performance. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Tracking and Measurement
Develop effective tracking frameworks and robust measurement strategies to accurately evaluate campaign performance. - Identify KPIs, implement tracking mechanisms, and proactively address potential data collection gaps across digital platforms.
- Serve as a strategic architect of marketing measurement, designing strategies to capture the true impact of campaigns.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
Transform complex marketing data into compelling, insightful stories of campaign performance. - Build dashboards and reports using advanced tools to visualize marketing effectiveness, including metrics like ROAS and cross-platform performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Platform and Metric Intelligence
Act as an internal expert on digital marketing platform tracking, including attribution, user interaction tracking, and performance measurement. - Navigate platform-specific tracking limitations, bridging analytical gaps while ensuring comprehensive performance reporting.

Function as a subject matter expert in performance marketing analytics. - Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, media planners, and project planners to deliver seamless client support.
- Adapt analytical approaches to a diverse portfolio of clients, objectives, and challenges.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Workload Management
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively. - Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Balance detailed, in-depth analysis with efficient reporting processes.
- Stay agile and adaptable to evolving client needs and a rapidly changing digital landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of performance marketing analysis experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Datorama or other data visualization tools
- Tableau
- ArcGIS or other GIS solutions
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Paid Media Expertise: Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs, advanced data visualization and reporting skills, and familiarity with location intelligence tools.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing analytics are highly preferred.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
