Our agency client is looking to start a hybrid, contract (w2) Community Manager to work 4 days per week onsite in their Los Angeles office and 1 day per week remotely:
Start = ASAP
Duration = at least until end of year, possible extension
As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and engaging a thriving online community around our brand(s). You will be the voice of our client’s brand on social media, developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to online conversations, and identifying and nurturing brand advocates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and images
- Manage social media presence across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Monitor and respond to online conversations about EssenceMediacom
- Identify and nurture brand advocates
- Analyze social media data and report on social media performance
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and creative content
- Experience with community management tools (Brandwatch, SocialPilot, Sendible, Sprinklr)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.85 – $38.45/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
