Unwell is a dynamic and innovative media company that thrives on connecting with audiences through compelling stories and impactful visuals. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Producer/Editor to join our social media team and bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production:

  • Plan, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging video and multimedia content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with social media managers, designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand voice, marketing strategies, and campaign goals.
  • Create short-form and long-form content tailored to platform-specific requirements and audience behaviors.

Creative Direction:

  • Develop and pitch multiple creative concepts for video series, reels, and other media that resonate with target audiences for all IP managed by Unwell.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital storytelling, video editing techniques, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and impactful.

Project Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and post-production workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Optimization & Analytics:

  • Monitor performance metrics for social media content and provide insights to refine future strategies.
  • Experiment with A/B testing to determine the most effective formats, styles, and approaches for engagement.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and/or social media content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

Skills:

  • Strong storytelling and narrative-building abilities.
  • Proficient in editing for various social platforms, ensuring seamless formats, transitions, and pacing.
  • Basic graphic design and motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or native platform insights.
