KITE Search is hiring: BIM Manager - Leading European Design Studio in Fresno

A famous multi-discipline design firm with offices across the world is seeking to expand their Hong Kong studio. They have a brand new opening for an experienced BIM Manager to join their growing team.

The company is known globally for its high quality and design-oriented projects, ranging from large scale commercial, cultural, retail, and mixed-use developments, many of which have won design awards. They are recognized for their energetic culture and stable team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage and maintain 3D BIM models and content to meet project deliverable requirements.
2. Produce BIM model specifications, drawings, schedules, and clash analyses.
3. Actively explore and pursue workflows between BIM and other 2D and 3D applications.
4. Provide hardware and network support as it relates to BIM production.
5. Create and maintain software template files to assure and sustain standards.
6. Actively contribute to the development and improvement of in-house BIM processes and protocols.
7. Provide day-to-day support with modeling, documenting, and detailing.

Skills:

1. 5-7 years of relevant industry experience (at least 3 years as a BIM Manager or equivalent role).
2. Degree in architecture or equivalent.
3. Documented experience in building and managing a BIM model through all phases of the design and construction process for large, international, geometrically-complex projects.
4. Strong understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
5. Goal-oriented, independent, and proactive, with experience overseeing and mentoring a team to complete a BIM project.
6. Passionate about BIM and how it can be used to enhance productivity in design and construction.
7. In-depth knowledge of AutoDesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, NavisWorks, Dynamo, and other BIM tools.
8. Expertise in developing families, setting up drawing and modeling standards, and managing and translating complex geometries between Rhinoceros and Revit platforms.
9. Experience teaching Revit is a plus.
10. Professional qualifications in Revit are preferred.
11. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
