About the Company:

KITE Search are representing a leading international consultancy with a prestigious global brand and heritage. Hong Kong is their APAC HQ and they are actively expanding their Architecture practice and looking for experienced Associate level talent and leaders. Responsibilities:

1. Lead an Architectural team effectively and proactively under the guidance of the Director.
2. Responsible for the production drawings and specifications. Coordination of concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender and construction documents.
3. Discharge Authorized Person (AP) duties on selected projects.
4. Report to the Director on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues, design queries, and design coordination issues.
5. Collaborate for excellence in design quality and documentation, and match or better Atkins QA standards.
6. Be responsible for contract documentation, statutory submission document production and submission, and Government discussions leading to approval.

Job Requirements:

1. B.Sc in Architecture, with more than 8 years post-graduate experience.
2. HKIA member & Authorized Person.
3. Working knowledge of codes and regulations.
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit (adventitious), as well as MS Word, Excel, MS Project.
