Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona, Hazelwood, Missouri, El Segundo, California, Missouri, Arlington, Virginia, Tukwila, Washington, Titusville, Florida, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, or Huntsville, Alabama!

Position Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting Security Information Management System (SIMS), SharePoint and/or software applications in the execution of a security program.
• Contributes to enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT) (e.g., participates in the review cycle and decision-making process for enterprise export compliance, procedures (PROs), Business Process Instructions (BPI's) and Desktop Instructions (DI's).
• Provides innovation and creativity into security education training and awareness program (internal training, briefings, and material).
• Create training and online documentation as required to the end user.
• Manage the Security System of Record for Industrial Personnel Security.
• Work in a cross-functional team setting, collaborating to ensure business and security needs are properly translated into comprehensive solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT and Business units to design creative solutions to deliver system functionality/enhancements to our internal security customers through process improvements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for all security system upgrades and major maintenance efforts.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

This position requires a successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI.
• Experience supporting information technology teams with the ability to understand the technical language used.
• Experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience.
• Proficient in the use of Security Information Management Systems (SIMS) applications.
• Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 20% of the time.
