Senior Paid Media Analyst Job at BlueWave Resource Partners in Orlando

BlueWave is hiring a Senior Paid Media Analyst for a leading hospitality client based in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of paid digital media campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies across various digital channels, leveraging data and insights to drive campaign efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid digital media strategies across platforms such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Online Video
• Analyze campaign performance, including audience targeting, keyword strategy, creative effectiveness, and conversion optimization
• Maintain reporting dashboards and tracking tools to monitor media investments and campaign impact
• Assist in refining best practices for digital media activation and campaign execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid digital media
• Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to recommend strategic adjustments
• Leverage automation tools and bid strategies to enhance digital media performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paid digital media strategy, execution, and analysis
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
• Experience optimizing digital campaigns using performance data and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Knowledge of digital media trends, consumer behaviors, and industry best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
