Social Media & Marketing specialist (full-time in person)

HMC HOLDINGS, LLC located in Wampum, Pennsylvania has a looking for capable, self-motivated and goal oriented individuals join our Social Media and Marketing team.

This job is full time in person (40 hours a week) offers competitive pay, with exceptional benefits including a matching 401K.

Job Description

As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing the brand(s) images on Social Media and web. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our brand(s) and products. You will work in conjunction with both the sales team and product development to develop and execute innovated marketing strategies in both print and digital.

Brands

HOMAK- Tool Storage solutions.

FIRST WATCH – Security products and solutions.

GENEVA – Garage cabinetry, organization, and storage solutions (2025 Re-Launch).

Social Media

Goal: Increase followers, promote brand(s), and increase sales.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing our Facebook, Instagram, X (twitter), Tik-Tok, and Youtube pages, post and promotions.
  • Manage, develop, and oversee creative and comprehensive social media strategies, along with daily and weekly content.
  • Manage and respond timely and appropriately to all inbound social media traffic. Report on online reviews and feedback to identify opportunities and litigate negative responses.
  • Develop campaigns to engage to reach new markets and grow our targeted demographics to create brand awareness and grow overall sales.
  • Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics, outline trends to track performance and growth.
  • Elevate the website presence, measure web traffic, monitor SEO and provide analytics.

Marketing

Goal: create existing and informative advertisements that provide products information, promote brand(s) and stimulate sales.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Creating print and digital materials that promote both the product and build brand awareness.
  • Maintaining and improving our website presence and updating our website as needed
  • Work on product development to create comprehensive style guides, packaging, and manuals along with other collateral needed to successful launch new products.
  • Participate in the layout and design of our displays at varies tradeshows.
  • Work with customers to create successful ad campaigns and promotion to grow sales.
  • Work with sales to provide detailed information to our customers for online content and new item set up.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of social media and Marketing experience required
  • Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites and developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google analytics along with other programs and software used to maintain and manage online platforms.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a website and creating engaging content.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative suite (minimum of 3 years).
  • Experience using Microsoft programs Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
