Position Summary
The Video Teller will perform video (on camera) transactions on behalf of our customers and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional, professional, and consistent service. This will include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers, as well as fielding a variety of other customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide teller assistance to customers and enhance the customer’s interactive banking experience via video technology across all First Southern Markets.
- Facilitate the ITM experience for customers by providing step-by-step guidance through the ITM process.
- Process various transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals via ITMs located at multiple locations.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulations, including the customer identification program, Reg CC and BSA.
- Project excellent customer relations while delivering a positive banking/customer service experience.
- Inform and educate customers on products and services offered by the Bank which would benefit the customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Data entry, sales, customer service or other financial service provider experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, service, and communication skills, with high proficiency in computer systems/software applications.
- Excellent listening skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
