About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Director of Marketing who is ready to lead an exciting transformation within our marketing department. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in executing account-based marketing strategies that innovate our content strategy and elevate our digital presence. As a vital member of our team, you will drive communication efforts, foster market engagement through an advanced content ecosystem, and enhance our digital channels for effective lead generation.
The successful candidate will leverage data to inform marketing initiatives, define targeted KPIs, and measure success effectively. You will play a crucial role in brand management, operational excellence, and expanding our marketing capabilities through the leadership of skilled resources.
We are seeking individuals with a strategic mindset who possess a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B consulting services. This position requires a driven and disciplined project manager with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in AI and digital marketing tools, particularly HubSpot or similar platforms, is essential. A background in operational and technology consulting or related B2B sectors is highly valued, coupled with a thorough understanding of complex sales cycles and account-based marketing strategies.
A 4-year degree in a relevant field is required. Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, and HubSpot Content Marketing are preferred.
