The successful candidate will be responsible for driving communication efforts, enhancing market engagement through a cutting-edge content ecosystem, and optimizing digital channels for lead generation. A key aspect of the role is the use of data to shape marketing initiatives, set targeted KPIs, and quantify success. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with brand management, operational excellence, and expanding marketing capabilities through skilled resource leadership. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a strategic mindset, with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B consulting services. The role requires a driven and disciplined project manager with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in AI and digital marketing tools, particularly HubSpot or similar platforms, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the operational and technology consulting industry or related B2B sectors, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and account-based marketing. A 4-year degree in a relevant field is required, and additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, and HubSpot Content Marketing are preferred.
