Job Title: Coordinator, Marketing Operations

Are you a detail-oriented creative with a passion for supporting team success through strong administrative support and attention to detail? We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated, and driven collaborator with an eye for high-quality work to provide administrative assistance to the leadership team and the marketing department.

What you'll do:

Provide administrative support to the VP of Marketing through calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, etc.
Assist with the execution of marketing plans, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and processing expense reports for marketing leadership.
Create Power point slides and presentations under the direction of the VP of Marketing.
Support marketing teams through awareness and cross-training on budgets, processing purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.
Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and compile necessary travel documents for expense reimbursement.
Manage legal paperwork and travel arrangements for contest winners as needed.
Coordinate food orders for meetings and events.
Attend departmental team meetings, take detailed notes, and circulate key action items to relevant parties.
Create and update presentations for team and/or project-related tasks as needed.
Facilitate the creation of awards for sales achievements and other team successes.
Fulfill product requests as needed for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Support the creation of content for social media and email marketing in collaboration with other marketing coordinators.
Help coordinate ticket requests for events and experiences as needed.
Who you are:

A self-starter with at least one year of experience providing administrative support, ideally within a creative, entertainment, or lifestyle industry.
A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
A trustworthy professional who values confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
Someone who is accountable, with a promen ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is effective under pressure.
A proactive individual who can suggest and implement new systems for increased efficiency and accuracy within the department.
A passionate individual with a genuine interest in the music or entertainment industry.
