Role Overview: The Global Head of Integrated Marketing will lead the consumer marketing and creative teams at Ben & Jerry’s. You will have the responsibility of leading and managing our consumer marketing campaigns and activities globally. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Integrated Marketing campaigns across our primary consumer touchpoints including advertising, digital content, paid media, events/experiential, and partnerships. You’ll partner with various teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across all channels. Moreover, you will be the primary marketing partner with our activism team to develop and execute brand-led activism campaigns. You will lead the marketing and communications teams in their work to develop and execute proactive activism campaigns and reactive activism messaging. In this role, you will lead a fan-centric, culture-obsessed, and values-driven integrated marketing function focused on building brand love, cultural relevance, and memorable strategies and tactics to drive short-term sales, social impact, and long-term equity for Ben & Jerry’s. Responsibilities: Develop and execute consumer marketing activities, content strategy and development, creative and communications to bring Ben & Jerry’s progressive three-part mission to life. Champion a culture of inclusivity and equitable practices within the team and across all projects. Develop and continually evolve overall digital storytelling publishing approach including content development and distribution strategy. Deliver robust and engaging stories via social, video, podcast, and long form to drive brand love, loyal consumers, and sales. Lead overall strategy, campaign, and consumer marketing activities for Ben & Jerry’s. Marketing agency management including building agency rosters, briefing, and guiding creative development. Develop and maintain critical external partnerships including pop culture celebrities and businesses. Identify brand partnerships for collaboration and lead incorporation into future product development and marketing programs. Manage relationships with key external partners including musical talent and advertising agencies. Lead Ben & Jerry’s in-house creative team. Lead and manage a high-performance team of marketers and creatives responsible for executing the brand strategy. Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. Work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional partners to set company’s brand strategy, goals, and budgets. Qualifications: 10+ years of marketing experience in the CPG/Food industry or with a consumer lifestyle brand. Direct marketing agency management experience. Superior leadership and passion for high performance. Proven record of consistently delivering results on complex projects. Expert analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to build and manage budgets with rational and validated assumptions. Pay:

The pay range for this position is $135,600 to $203,300. Bonus:
