Leverages their deep industry expertise, network, and affiliations to identify opportunities, define growth strategy and drive innovation. The starting base salary range for this role is estimated to be $190,000 to $220,000. This salary range is based on the role and is provided as a good-faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations. Define BU’s vision and strategy:
Develop growth strategy in consultation with BU head aligned with industry trends. Drive innovation and thought leadership:
Identify emerging technologies and trends within the industry, and champion their adoption to create competitive advantages for GlobalLogic. Guide solution development:
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the GSP Leader and BU Cohorts in developing and delivering innovative, market-leading solutions. Support Sales in client meetings. Cultivate strategic partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, technology providers, and research institutions to foster collaboration and innovation. Represent the BU in the market:
Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for the BU, actively participating in industry events and publications. Mentor and develop talent:
