About the Job

CINQCARE is seeking a Copywriter/Content Creator to develop engaging, high-impact content that supports marketing initiatives and strengthens provider, payor, and Family Member engagement. This role will be responsible for creating a range of materials, including sales toolkits, website copy, brochures, and thought leadership articles. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of healthcare marketing and a talent for crafting culturally relevant and compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop on-brand content for marketing initiatives, including sales toolkits, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Support regional and B2B marketing efforts by creating materials that engage providers, payors, and Family Members.
  • Ensure content aligns with CINQCARE’s brand voice and culturally relevant messaging across all channels.
  • Create engaging blog posts, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that enhance CINQCARE’s industry presence.
  • Use SEO best practices and performance data to optimize digital content for visibility and engagement.
  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring that content resonates with providers, payors, and underserved communities.
  • Edit and refine content to maintain high standards of quality, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic content.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.
  • Strong expertise in developing a variety of content, including digital, print, and social media materials.
  • Demonstrated success in tailoring messaging for diverse audiences, including providers, payors, and underserved communities.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to align written and visual content for cohesive storytelling.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or community-based organizations is preferred.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

This position requires both in-home and office-based work. The job requires frequent travel for home visits and travel to physician offices, hospitals, sub-acute facilities, community partners and non-home-based market offices in all types of weather conditions. In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an ability to travel frequently by car and/or public transportation, the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
