About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Health Promotion Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and comprehensive management of the division, which includes a range of health promotion and education programs. This role involves day-to-day administrative, programmatic, operational, and fiscal oversight, as well as strategic development, program management, and entrepreneurial growth. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with funders, government officials, community leaders, and health and human service providers. Advocacy for vulnerable populations and the design of innovative, culturally responsive programs are key aspects of the position. Candidates for the Executive Director role must have a master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of executive experience in the nonprofit or business sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organization leadership, management, administration, financial operations, and fundraising. Experience in grant writing, strong fiscal management, and a thorough understanding of public health and medical care issues are essential. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, as well as the ability to manage a large team and work with diverse populations. The Executive Director will be expected to champion continuous quality improvement, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead the organization in its mission to improve community health.
