Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or related field.
10+ years of relevant design experience
5+ years in healthcare, especially payer
Mastery of a range of experience design capabilities (e.g. qualitative and quantitative research, service design, human centered design, responsive design, UX design, journey mapping, wireframing, interactive prototypes, visual design and layout)
Proven track record with all parts of the design process, from early-stage insights gathering, to strategy definition, concepting, and prototyping
A passion for improving the customer experience, solving problems, and leading collaboration across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find innovative solutions
Ability to inspire and lead complex cross-functional workstreams to collaborate, co-create and build new customer experiences.
Deep proficiency in design and prototyping with Figma.
Experience with enterprise design systems/standards.
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills to articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement
