Senior UX Researcher Agents of Innovation Monetization
Are you fascinated by the intersection of clinical data and patient care? Do you enjoy uncovering problems and solutions in complex workflows? Our elite team of UX strategists and designers is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Senior UX Researcher to join them on this confidential project.
Location: Hybrid, based in Philadelphia with two days per week required in the center city Philadelphia office.
Duration: 6-month contract, with the possibility of an extension.
Compensation Range: 67/hr-70/hr
Responsibilities:
- Creative Problem Solving and Research Strategy: Collaborate with design and product leadership to develop research strategies. Plan and organize recruitment with our ResearchOps team, apply appropriate research methods, and coach designers in research as needed.
- Lead and Conduct Research: Guide evidence-based research strategies, represent UX Research on cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with UX Design. Lead user-centered research to inspire product improvements and innovations, iterate research every sprint cycle, and use data to address assumptions and risks.
- Customer Focus: Gather and evaluate customer use cases and needs, focusing on search enhancement at the point of care. Understand competitors and market segment needs with partner teams, and collaborate with product and design to inform product strategy grounded in user needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in various research methods and the ability to choose the appropriate method for each project.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex research in linguistically diverse contexts.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and influencing business strategy at the executive level.
- A portfolio of polished case studies demonstrating concrete impact.
- Ability to deliver research quickly with sufficient analysis for directional insights.
- Passion for talking to users and understanding their workflows.
- Innate ability to understand complex systems and see the big picture, while applying strategic thinking practically.
- Excellent listening skills and a continuous learning mindset.
