Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.  At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.POSITION SUMMARYThe Surgical Vision Director, Digital & Channel Marketing is responsible for leading and developing an integrated strategic promotional plan to drive customer awareness, loyalty, and sales growth to achieve business objectives in the United States. This position plays a crucial role in developing comprehensive channel strategies and digital innovations along the customer journey and aligned with business objectives, delivering a connected experience for customers and patients through online/offline channels leveraging paid media, digital marketing, tradeshows, and marketing operations to strengthen customer relationships and enable sales teams effectively.By analyzing market trends, digital solutions and competitor activities, the Director can identify new opportunities, adapting strategies and tactics to maximize brand awareness and market penetration. Moreover, utilizing effective digital marketing and analytical tools enables effective and efficient targeting, lead generation, and performance tracking.The Director, Digital & Channel Marketing will cultivate strong partnerships with multiple functions internally and outside agencies and vendors to effectively build and execute key promotional activities.  This senior leader manages a team in a matrix environment and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations, regular coaching and feedback.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduct and Portfolio Promotion & Channel Strategy:Provide innovative digital solutions to delight customers and add efficiencies throughout the customer journey.Develop and execute non-personal promotion strategies to reach and engage target customers and patients through various channels.Identify and optimize channel strategies to ensure an effective distribution network.Collaborate with product marketing, meeting planning and sales teams to align promotional activities with overall business goals.Sales Enablement:Lead development of a field channel strategy and engagement inclusive of internal marketing communications and management of the digital sales tool (OneVision), including daily back-end administration, maintenance, metrics, and optimization.Develop rep-triggered promotional content to support sales force productivity and effectiveness.End-to-End Digital:Creation and oversight of digital marketing strategic plans for both customer and patient audiences to to enable end-to-end journeys and streamline sales processes.Oversee management of websites and platforms (JJVPRO, CVFY, Doc Finder, Vision Simulator, SFMC), CRM/RTE (Customer Relationship Management/Rep Triggered Emails), and other digital tools to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.Management and growth of the JJSV marketing and customer database through online and offline lead generation. Work with technical stakeholders to establish technology requirements that support the omnichannel strategy, drive innovation and engagement, and improve overall experience.Partner with web analytics to test, measure, and analyze performance across all channels, to optimize strategy and experience.Media & Tradeshows:Develop and execute media strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness and reach targeted customers.Collaborate with cross-functional partners, customers, and agency partners to develop, implement, and optimize targeted omni-channel strategies with supporting assets across paid media, digital touch points, and Tier 1 & 2 conferences.Plan and manage participation in relevant tradeshows and industry events to showcase surgical vision products and generate leads.Loyalty & Segmentation:Identify customer segments and develop segmented messaging and promotion programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.Implement strategies and initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value through targeted marketing activities.Marketing Ops:Manage marketing operations, including the financial budget, newsletters, OneVision app, and the Custom Point portal, to facilitate effective communication, knowledge sharing, and customer engagement.Continuously improve marketing operations processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.  MBA is strongly preferred.Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience is required.Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required.Experience in working with various digital applications, digital marketing channels, and innovating digital assets is required.Downstream marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of launch execution is strongly preferred.People leadership experience with expertise in effective change leadership and change management skills is required.Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity.High learning agility and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, innovation-focused environment.The ability to actively develop talent and culture to achieve results.Candidates must be outstanding communicators, collaborators, and have the ability to influence.Must have a demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.Broad business acumen and P&L orientation is required.This position requires approximately 25% domestic travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.For additional general information on Company benefits, please go to:  .This job posting is anticipated to close on 2/17/25.  The Company may however extend this time-period, in which case the posting will remain available on to accept additional applications.For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit . Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies are equal opportunity employers, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#LI-JS3Job Field: Digital Marketing StrategyOrganization: AMO Sales and Services, Inc.
