Description
Report to the AVP of Marketing Operations and have two Direct Reports
Develop & own eCommerce strategies that support the brand and organizational goals and objectives
Identify technology to advance digital marketing, email marketing, and SMS reach, including audience segmentation, journey implementation, and content automation
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing technology solutions, vendors, and use cases
Evaluate, propose, and implement appropriate digital technologies and tools to support the organization's digital objectives working closely with Marketing, IT, and Legal teams
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies and assess their potential applications & impacts
Lead cross-functional projects related to digital initiatives ensuring exceptional communication, visibility and collaboration, while partnering with IT for Martech solution development
Drive consumer experience enhancements across multiple touch points using data analytics and consumer insights to optimize user journeys, increase consumer engagement and conversion, and to drive lifetime value of targeted consumer profiles
Drive UX & UI improvements on all websites within the company's brands to optimize flow of individual sessions and continuously improve site performance. Ensure compliance of all laws including ADA compliance
Support the Sales team with optimization strategies to maximize ecomm success
Coordinate with Legal and IT departments to ensure consumer data privacy regulations are adhered to on all US owned ecomm sites
Partner with the Global Web Manager for global eCommerce sites while maintaining brand compliance and guidelines outlined in the distributor and subsidiary contract
Ensure content and promotions are properly displayed on sites to ensure visibility
Review and revise strategies (annually) to align with budget realities and meet business objectives
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, ensure deliverables are met, and negotiate payments and payment terms
Manage the renewal and lapse of all the company's brands
Register new domains and process transfer of domains (as needed)
Maintain a consistent domain naming strategy that follows best practices
Further develop data-driven culture and decision making within digital team
Ensure data governance and security practices are understood to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information
Act as brand ambassador for the brand, representing within the digital industry
Stay up-to-date on current ecommerce trends and insights
Act as key administrator of the Shopify websites
Profile
Completed Bachelors Degree (in Marketing is preferred
7+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
Strongly proficient with digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques and execution, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing and online advertising
Experience using Shopify
Must be local to Bradford, Pennsylvania or willing to relocate
On-site 2-3x per week (lodging is available if needed)
