What we're looking for:

Firebolt is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations manager with a passion for technology to join our team. You'll take the lead on our marketing tech stack and help shape our approach to automation and optimization.

What You'll Do:

Oversee Marketing Automation Platforms : Lead the setup, management, and fine-tuning of platforms like HubSpot, Clearbit, LeanData, and Chili Piper to power data-driven campaigns. Design & Implement Workflows:

Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized customer journeys. Keep Data Flowing Smoothly:

Team up with data experts to ensure our CRM, analytics platforms, and MarTech tools stay in sync and accurate. Optimize Performance & Deliverability:

Track email and messaging deliverability, apply best practices, and continuously refine processes for top-notch campaign performance. Work Across Teams:

Partner with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to align strategies, share insights, and reach common goals. Oversee Integrations:

Manage integrations with marketing and sales platforms to ensure everything communicates seamlessly and data is always up to date. Refine Lead Scoring & Segmentation:

Develop lead-scoring models and segmentation strategies that improve campaign outcomes, boost ROI, and grow the pipeline. Deliver Reporting & Insights:

Create dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and turn data into actionable recommendations. Document & Train:

Keep processes clear and well-documented, and train your teammates on best practices, ensuring everyone stays in the loop. Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Extensive Marketing Operations Experience:

A proven track record in designing and running marketing operations using Salesforce and HubSpot. Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset:

Skilled at evaluating and optimizing lead nurturing tracks, marketing activities, routing rules, and scoring models-and able to turn data insights into action. Detail-Oriented & Organized:

Capable of juggling big projects while still nailing the small details that make everything run smoothly. Self-Starter & Creative Thinker:

Ready to take the initiative on projects from start to finish and come up with out-of-the-box ideas when challenges arise. AI Tools Proficiency:

Comfortable with the latest AI technologies, using them to streamline workflows, personalize campaigns, and keep us on the cutting edge. Strong Documentation & Onboarding Skills:

Experienced in writing clear, concise processes and empowering new users to get the most out of our tools. CDP & API Know-How:

Familiar with Customer Data Platforms and integrating via APIs to maintain flawless data flow and expand marketing capabilities. Collaborative Communicator:

Great at working with cross-functional teams-whether it's product, sales, or data-to keep our marketing efforts cohesive and results-driven. As part of this commitment, we provide clear visibility into the pay range for each role within our organization.

The pay range listed below reflects the base salary for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. As part of our compensation philosophy, the total compensation is tailored to each candidate and influenced by factors such as job-related skills, level of experience, relevant certifications, and geographical location, to name a few.

Local Pay Range - 150,000-200,000 per year USD
