Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 100 e-commerce enterprise in search of a Marketing Program Manager to join their advertising team in New York. This role will drive the development and execution of content programming for high-profile industry and first-party events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, content strategy, and event programming, with experience collaborating across product marketing, PR, creative, and executive leadership teams.


Role: Marketing Program Manager

Location: New York City (hybrid)

Duration: 6-month contract w/ potential to extend

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $80-85/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies for industry events, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs
  • Create and refine speaker briefs, presentation scripts, and supporting visuals in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Partner with PR, Editorial, and Go-to-Market teams to amplify messaging and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional coordination for content execution
  • Support speakers at major industry events, ensuring presentations are polished and impactful

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, content development, or brand strategy within media, tech, or advertising industries
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with experience crafting executive keynotes and industry event content
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, align with senior stakeholders, and coordinate across teams
  • Ability to distill technical concepts into compelling, audience-friendly narratives
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing industries such as major tech platforms, streaming services, or global ad agencies
  • Background in managing large-scale industry events and executive presentations
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, advertising trends, and the digital advertising ecosystem
