Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office

MeUndies is looking for a seasoned Content Producer to help create stories surrounding our weekly print launches. From Zodiac signs to Dirty Martinis to a range of cute, colorful characters, our prints give way to creative, captivating stories told by….YOU! If you are an organized self-starter, who thrives off leading creative shoots from start to finish, then you’ll fit right in!

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, executing greenlit projects fully and confidently running a shoot, but they should also be open to collaboration and receptive to feedback. This role is perfect for a multi-talented creative who thrives at the intersection of content production and social media strategy. You’ll be responsible for producing, editing, and managing high-quality visual content while also handling social media scheduling, posting, and copywriting to engage our audience across platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end creative concepting for product launches, pitching ideas to creative leads.
  • Own the asset management process from start to finish, including:
    • Communicating retouching needs for photos.
    • Delivering finished assets, collecting feedback, and submitting assets to Senior Management.
    • Organizing and delivering finished assets to the internal team.
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and campaigns that align with our brand voice.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Monitor content performance and analytics, using insights to optimize future posts.
  • Produce photos and videos for assets required for our organic social and marketing assets.
  • Work in lock-step with our Sr. Social Media Manager to provide propping, art direction, and shot lists.
  • Own the talent and crew contract process and inform the team of terms and usage timelines.
  • Submit and keep track of master budgets, invoices, and expenses.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and propose innovative ways for us to show up on new platforms.

What You Have

  • An understanding of high-level producing and hands-on production.
  • Experience in video production & editing (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • A strong grasp of social media management, including scheduling, copywriting, and analytics.
  • A passion for content creation, with the ability to self-produce and edit engaging short-form videos.
  • Strong creative and video skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of and genuine passion for Instagram and TikTok.
  • A proven track record of creating high-performing social content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Ability to use data-driven insights to inform content strategy.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with an understanding of how to make content that stops the scroll.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects throughout the various stages of production.
  • A passion for discovering new content creators and voices.
  • The ability to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working directly with talent and talent representation.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, color grading, or paid social strategies.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $106,250 -$130,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
