Role Description Stellaromics is seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Specialist to drive our brands growth and engagement. This role involves managing our presence at industry tradeshows and conferences, executing digital marketing strategies, and developing compelling content across various channels. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of marketing experience, with expertise in exhibit management, social media marketing, and email automation platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company in the life science research sector. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute Stellaromics presence at industry tradeshows and conferences, including exhibit management and logistics. Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and automation workflows using marketing automation and campaign management platforms. Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across marketing channels. Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for improved engagement. Assist in other marketing initiatives as needed to support company objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, with a focus on tradeshow and conference exhibit management, social media marketing, and email marketing automation. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and content scheduling tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute innovative ideas. Knowledge of the biotech or life sciences industry is a plus. Why Join Stellaromics?
