This role is instrumental in driving company growth and continuing to strengthen our position as a trusted name in card buying and selling.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of marketing experienceStrong digital marketing and content strategy experienceProficiency in data-driven decision making and analyticsOutstanding communication and team leadership abilitiesDemonstrated success in growing brand awareness and community engagementPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in managing social media communitiesBackground in e-commerce or marketplace businesses, data analyticsExperience with video content creationUnderstanding of the trading card market and gaming industryKey Responsibilities:Develop marketing strategies that celebrate and strengthen the Magic: The Gathering communityLead initiatives that showcase our innovative technology and fresh approach to card buying and sellingCreate campaigns that highlight our commitment to providing great value and superior customer supportDirect community engagement efforts that reinforce our passion for gaming and community buildingOversee content strategy focused on education, community building, and demonstrating our value propositionDrive our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit etc.) ensuring consistent engagement with the Magic community through timely updates, educational content, and community interactionCollaborate with technology teams to promote our platform innovations and user experience improvementsBuild partnerships within the gaming community that align with our mission and valuesManage marketing analytics to ensure we're effectively serving the community's needsCreate and lead a team of passionate marketing professionals who share our love for the gaming communityThe role will be fully remote; candidates must be legally authorized to work in and physically residing in the United States.  There may be opportunities to travel for specific events; visiting our headquarters in the Salt Lake City, UT area will be expected occasionally (1-2 times per year, more or less depending on what marketing initiatives dictate).  This is a high impact role in a rapidly growing business.Compensation & Benefits:80,000-110,000 USD annually, depending on experienceFully remote3 weeks paid time offCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, with the company paying 85% of the premium for employee and 75% of the premium for eligible employee dependents
