Seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager for a large clothing brand - This will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days being onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Overview of Responsibilities:
This person will manage processes and tools that enable the Global and Cluster Marketing teams to execute critical Go-To-Market (GTM) activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping and managing GTM calendar by developing roadmaps for key milestone meetings, driving process improvements, and serving as a connector between global and cluster marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Leading the creation, development, communication, and hind sighting of sell-in tools and marketing assets to support seasonal launches, while managing a $600k annual budget.
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Brand Experience, and Finance) to ensure alignment on strategic priorities. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional meetings, setting agendas, and outlining next steps.
- Facilitating marketing hind sighting sessions to drive continuous process improvements.
- Managing two marketing procurement analysts.
