This position oversees the development and execution of creative content for the assigned sport. The incumbent will direct day-to-day operations; develop and implement strategies for promotional and recruitment purposes; and provide supervision and guidance to support staff. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining the overall efficiency of creative content operations. Examples of Work Performed Oversees, develops, and partners to create multi-channel content plans to support the assigned sport. Develops best practices related to content and platforms to enhance the program's creative content. Advises on social media concerns and how to improve favorably. Ensures a steady stream of content released from the program's social media accounts and recruiting content. Approves and monitors budgetary requests and expenditures for the creative content area. Identifies opportunities to enhance products and services used to produce content and related materials. Provides guidance to support staff regarding the implementation of strategies and production of materials. Collaborates with staff to develop an annual social media plan that impacts both the program's brand and recruitment needs. Leads content development for key themes within the program's social media content strategy. Evaluates efficiency of staff and day-to-day operations. Ensures that all tasks are in compliance with University, SEC, and NCAA rules and regulations. Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required. Position Details

Education:
