An experienced product marketer that is comfortable splitting the difference between the art and science of marketing. Working from ideation through execution, you will be the expert for your product line and be the quarterback for all product marketing efforts. You will be focused on building a sustainable, growth-oriented marketing platform. You will be responsible for strategizing, forecasting, executing, measuring, and optimizing integrated campaigns. You are someone that likes to build, you are a fast mover, and you are happiest when you are accountable. Responsibilities & Duties Create and deliver against marketing growth goals for Redwood Trust Business Purpose Lending division (CoreVest). “Quarterback” product marketing initiatives from end to end (ideation, strategy, execution, measurement, optimization, reporting, and stakeholder management). Write brand and product positioning and messaging. Own (create, manage, maintain) product-specific marketing and sales enablement assets. Own competitive and market insights. Own and optimize lead performance from creation to initial sale and repeat sale (lead gen, funnel optimization, nurture). Build awareness and nurture content strategy. Partner with marketing functional experts (events, social, digital marketing, creative) to deliver against strategy. Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies 10+ years marketing experience. Finance or real estate experience a plus. Fluency in growth campaigns (PPC, affiliates, partnerships). Comfortable developing a test strategy and framework. Ability to interpret data, identify key insights, and draw meaningful conclusions based on analysis. Experience with product positioning and messaging. Strong stakeholder management and sales partnership experience. Email marketing experience (strategy and execution). Strong brief writer. Comfortable project managing. Strategic, driven, flexible. A+ communication skills (written, verbal). Comfortable interfacing with the leadership team. Content development and distribution. Vendor management. Regular travel to Irvine, NYC, and Charlotte. A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $159k - 200k annually. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
