Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) to support PEO Operations and Strategic Communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at creating high-quality visual and multimedia products to facilitate internal and external communications, improve operational processes, and support strategic messaging for the PEO organization. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Graphics and Visual Support: Design and produce high-quality graphics, visual products, and multimedia materials for PEO public relations, strategic communications, and operational initiatives. Develop presentations, diagrams, and workspace improvement visuals to support management and operations planning. Maintain and manage web portal and data repositories, ensuring consistent updates within specified timelines.

Strategic Communications: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic messaging across internal and external platforms. Design and curate materials for stakeholder engagement, including executive-level briefings, social media releases, articles, and blogs. Support public affairs initiatives by coordinating press releases, photography, videography, and defense publication submissions.

Operations Support: Assist with creating and maintaining operational documentation, including facilities requests, meeting minutes, and reports. Create visual content to support strategic planning, facility management, and administrative tasks.

Event and Display Coordination: Plan and execute graphic support for PEO participation in tradeshows, events, and strategic planning sessions.

Job Requirements

Required Education / Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, design, graphics, animation or related fields

Required Years of Relevant Experience: 8+ years experience in 2- D and 3-D animation software

Minimum Security Clearance Level: SECRET
