Role

In the Social Media Marketing role, you are working in a close collaborative team environment while interacting effectively with partners. The outcome of your contribution builds awareness of the brand by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs — and maximize profits.


We are seeking a talented Content Creator to meticulously curate our social media presence. Your mission is to portray our company image in a cohesive and elevated manner to achieve our marketing goals.


As a Luxury Social Media Manager, we expect you to be at the forefront of the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Your excellent communication skills should be coupled with the ability to express our company’s views with creativity and a refined touch.

Ultimately, you should orchestrate our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement with a focus on luxury aesthetics.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
  • Execute weekly SMS, newsletter, Instagram, Pinterest and other various social media channels the company is engaging.
  • Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the luxury space
  • Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, emphasizing sophistication
  • Write copy for our social media posts and emails.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, showcasing originality with a touch of luxury (e.g., text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to ensure a seamless luxury experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, e-commerce, and customer service, to ensure a consistently refined brand presence
  • Communicate with followers, responding to queries in a timely and luxurious manner while monitoring customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design with an emphasis on sophisticated aesthetics (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout, IG, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Propose and implement new features to develop brand awareness, including upscale events and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications in the luxury sector
